Intermediate / Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility into your daily life. 

Likened to dynamic dance, postures or asanas are connected through the breath to facilitate a transformative and balancing effect. The goal of the classes is to lengthen, strengthen and tone the whole body.

Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Gentle / Restorative Yoga

Yoga specifically designed to stimulate as well as aid the meridians and the flow of qi and prana through the connective tissue.

Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Kripalu / Vinyasa Yoga

Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga can help you to stay in shape during pregnancy. The practice keeps you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation. 

Yoga is also beneficial because it helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will be useful as you face the physical demands of labor and childbirth.

Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Beginning Kripalu Yoga

Appropriate for absolute beginners.  Learn basic postures and concepts, awareness of breath, and how to modify your practice as needed for safety and optimum benefit.
